Have several copies of Acrobat Professional that were purchased previously, installed and activated. However there is no documentation of the serial numbers, the Adobe online account ID or any details for these.

This is a (2) part question, why is my deactivate button greyed out and how can I guarantee that when I attempt to reinstall it I will not run in the issue of having Adobe say I have already registered it more than enough times? Second, how can I find out the actual cd key or serial number of the product since I lost the sleeve that held the cd key or serial number.Thanks for any help in this matter.
Adobe has forced ETH to move from impersonal serial numbers to Adobe Cloud accounts, linked to your full name and personal @ethz.ch email address. All previous installations will stop working after November 30th 2019. ETH encourages users to switch to one of the many alternatives to Adobe software. You may also consider using the free Adobe Reader to open PDFs, as many don't need the features of the paid Acrobat Pro. If you really need to keep using Adobe software, you have to migrate to the new personalized license.
